One of the recent trips to Iceland saw me return with a batch of rather unique local liqueurs from 64 Reykjavik Distillery. So unique in fact that iPhone spelling suggestion tool does not seem to even be aware this particular berry exists.
Nonetheless, my first foray into cocktail creation is an homage to the trip.
Ingredients:
1/2oz 64 Reykjavik crowberry liqueur
Prosecco to top
Method:
Pour the crowberry liqueur into a chilled Martini glass. Top with Prosecco, and garnish with a skewer of crowberries if you have them (blueberries are a good alternative)
